Kate Ashcroft Kate is an employment law and health and safety specialist, and is passionate about providing commercially pragmatic, tailored solutions to clients’ issues. She acts for employers across a range of industries throughout New Zealand, giving strategic, compliance and best practice advice on non-contentious matters as well as providing representation in disputes. Dr Paul Wood Dr Paul Wood is a doctor of psychology who specialises in helping people be the best versions of themselves and overcome the barriers that are holding them back. He is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post and works with everyone from the Hurricanes to the central agencies of government. Paul’s passion for this work comes from his own inspirational journey from delinquent to doctor. Steve and Jean Morris Steve and Jean Morris are the directors of Cross-Cultural TransitioNZ, New Zealand’s leading cross-cultural consulting company. Steve and Jean lived and worked overseas for more than 16 years. Steve continues to spend time abroad consulting within a variety of organisations in organisational development and training. Previously, as an international educator, he worked in International Schools in Asia and South America as a Principal Student Services Director, and as a counsellor assisting families in their orientation and transition into expatriate life. Jean is also an experienced international educator, who returned to New Zealand in 2010. Her practical knowledge and experience working and living in five countries with a family mean that she is able to empathise and relate to all of the benefits and challenges of international transition.
